Daudi nodded vigorously and sat across his beloved mate. "What's wrong?" he asked worriedly, he had taken a wild guess that Astrix was going to announce bad news.

Bem sat outside the healers den quietly and patiently, almost going unnoticed by the healer herself. After an hour or so the healer finally walked out, "She's in there, but she'll need to be on bed rest for a few days until she can do any activities," she informed. Then she quickly scurried back into her den, beckoning Bem to follow.

Astrid heard what the healer said A few days?! This rang through her head. She couldn't stay like that! She had to move around. She attempted to, but it caused her a lot of pain, so she left it alone. She watched as the healer, and,, Bem walk into the den. Astrid was flaming mad at him, but also, she was very ashamed. She had started the fight, but he was the one to end it, so it was both of their faults. She didnt mean to hurt him, he was just being.... A little negative about her.
