Omari rolled onto his sore paws and began to jog away. "Lets go before they find us," he dropped his voice into a whisper.

Kala nodded and ran after him. She wanted to get as far away as possible from the hyenas.

Kala could hear them too and the sound eventually faded away. She looked back to make sure Omari was there.

Astrid furrowed her brows, pondering. Having been an outsider most of her life, she figured she'd be the last person Sierra would come to for help. "Fine," she released a small sigh.
