Bem had spun around and was trotting back with Rocket when something unexpectedly rammed into him. Instinctively, he twisted his head over and snapped his jaws at whoever was attacking him.

Sierra grabbed his scruff and pulled him back"I said leave!"She growled

Nia wolfed down the frog then flicked her gaze up to Jake. "Nope. Prey is becoming harder to find," she sighed quietly.

"Oh, well, there seems to be a good many frogs, want to try to learn how to catch them?" Jake asked, worried for Nia.

Sierra rolled her eyes"I'm not intimidated by you so you don't need to show off."She grumbled"Maybe she's attacking because your stupid alpha female launched an attack!"She spat

"O.K., Just wondering if you wanted some help." Jake said, then he snapped down and pulled up two more frogs, throw the one at Nia, and swallowed the smaller one for himself.

"My pack?!?!Your reckless alpha female started this!We don't gain pleasure in watching our pack mates die!"She snapped
