Hello California Chicken Friends! I am hoping someone can (or knows someone who can) help me out in my quest for Marraduna Basque hens. I have been looking for them for years and even ordered a bunch from Sand Hill last spring but they were unable to fill my order. I know there is a signifcant number of people with Basque heritage in CA and I was hoping that I may be able to find a breeder willing to ship hatching eggs. Thanks for your time.

Yes, however GFF is charging 20.00 per straight run chick and I would rather spend that money on eggs and roll the dice if possible. But thanks so much for your reply. That may be the route I take. GFF also has EO hatching eggs on ebay somewhat regularly so I may take that route too.

They sell hatching eggs on Ebay when there available. You would have to bid on them.

I have too many boys! Now both my Ayam cemani, a belgian liege fighter and I think one of my spitzhauben needs a home. I’m in Oakland and can deliver to Sacramento.

Let's hope so. Not feeling too confident being in the Pacific flyway. AI has been 8dentified in British Columbia, and it's now in Utah in domestic birds.
