Hi Boo,

You need to get your BYC page in gear.

Not too tough to do, I had to use Internet Explorer to add photos. Firefox didn't work.

p.s. Any updates Ms. Orp?

Yes, i should try and get creative, its because I am on dial-up that is way too slow, and disconnects etc, so I figured it would be hard and I used that as an excuse.
I'm not at home right now, so I will go look at how to create one!!

Tatertot looks fabulous, sooooo happy! She told me to tell you "Thank you".

I always surf the web using the Mozilla Firefox browser, but the BYC page made me use Internet Explorer to post pictures to my BYC page.

Are you getting more chicks this spring? How do you plan to keep them separate? I am building a little 4'x4' coop for my newcomers.

Awesome weather today and for the rest of the weekend, lot more to do out in the yard.

Talk soon,

Hugh

Yes, I am planning to get three Black Ameraucana chicks in April. I planned to brood them in the basement with a heat lamp like I did last time. I plan to build a chicken tractor during my spring break, which is before the chicks arrive. Then they can use the tractor for their day trips out into the yard. Later, the tractor can keep everyone from jumping the fence when they free range. I'll just move their free range territory each day. I might even get to grow some flowers this year if they graze in the tractor.

Tater behaved like she was a Happy Chicken today. She led the escape effort over the fence into my neighbor's front yard. She came flapping and running for treats every time I headed to the garage for tools. Silly bird! I guess we had an extra special bonding time. Maybe she wanted another bath.

Have fun in the yard. Don't work on that page too much!
