American Canyon, that's on the other side of the hills, like through the tube right?

I think I have a friend there. That's def. still Bay Area!

Nope, no tube - from Oakland, it is west on 80 just past Vallejo, the southeast edge of Napa County. or put another way, between the cities of Napa and Vallejo.

You are just north of Vallejo. I would say you are still Bay Area.

urbanfarmboi, I'm the one through the tunnel. Actually, Nifty is through the tunnel, too.

I used to be bothered by going through the middle bore. Now, I go through it twice a day, and no longer give it a thought. I learned to like the tunnel when I rode my motorcycle. Outside the tunnel, it was either sun-burn hot, or bone-chilling cold, and rain made the road slick and my face shield a blur. The tunnel was a mile of no wind, no rain, no sun, and a dry road. I looked forward to it.

Oooh - love the look of your coop, Orphington manor, especially the roof line. You must live near Rankin Park. I took my life in my hands one muddy winter trying to ride my horse up the trail across from the old grave yard down the road from you. Do you get a lot of preditors coming in from that open space?
