Bay Area BYCers!

Cheryl, I hope you figure out what's ailing Toby, and he heals. Our pets are so much a part of the family.

My ex ended up with our family pets, but they were still mine, too, and I get to visit. Saturday past, he called me in the morning to let me know that it was time to let our 17-yr-old shepherd mix go. We all went to the vet together. It's so very hard. We do the best we can for them, as long as we can.

I couldn't live without pets, even though it's so rough when we have to let them go.

Thanks Steff I really appreciate your kind words. The doctors are not able to diagnose from the MRI as the findings are confusing...argh...So we are off to another neurologist for a 3rd opinion and additional testing that our doctor wants us to see. Encouraging even though we had to hold up his failing back legs we were able to get him to eat and eliminate on his own. If they can't find a solution that puts in back in the shape where he will enjoy his life, we will put him down but if there is an easy-on-him cure we'll consider it, so we need to go through this last diagnostic move.

Funny but a nice adjunct is that I sold my first eggs to a local person today. I'm hoping they hatch under her broody the same way they have in my bators. Out of 45 eggs I've only had 2 infertile! toby's legacy...

Something does not belong in my kitchen. Can you spot it?
