I just called Alamo Feed and they don't carry King Feed.

I also called Livermore Feed and all they carry is the Pro-Am Show 'N Grow. They are selling it for $17.99/50 lb. bag. I asked about the Calexico-Gamecock Mix and they said that they didn't think that they could order it.

Cheryl, did you ever figure out a way to order more of it? I guess that I will call Wheeler's Feed in Modesto and see if they carry it. I wasn't planning on taking a little road trip but I really want more of this product for my girls.

cause I thought for sure he said Alamo feed was going to carry it. Maybe Cheryl can provide updated info!! I would like to keep using it too, but Alamo is much closer than Modesto!!! And what time should we plan on meeting up at the show????

The buildings open up a 7 AM Saturday.

Does that mean the sale barn will be open then? I'm not planning on buying any birds but I still would like to see everything that is available.

Starfish, I have a couple of roosters that have bopped me in the leg a couple of times. I chase them down and hold them to the ground until they tell me how humiliated they are ( screams Uncle). They keep their distance for quite a while after that. If they start coming too close to me or my little dogs, I go after them again.
I am sure my neighbor thinks I am a compete nut...but have had one of the roosters 3 years.
The water hose works well also.

Oh! I can definitely do 7 am!!! And I too am not "planning" on buying anything, but temptation may get the best of me.....it does happen. Unless the sale barn opens sooner..... I see a Starbucks stop on my way there!!!!
