Tons. We are in Northern California and we've had three storms and more coming. The chickens are fine. They hang out in a large coop with a big door open that they can see out. Their yard is a mess, though.

I got two new pullets this month and they are adorable. One is a French Black Copper Maran and her name is Edith Piaf after the French singer, and the other is an Olive Egger and her name is Olive.

Not sure where you live, but I shop at Peninsula Feed Store in Redwood City. They specialize in chicken supplies, plus they sell chicks and pullets.

Have you gotten chicks from Peninsula Feed Store? If so, what was your experience with them? I'm trying to figure out where to get my next batch of chicks and was curious about them.

Peninsula feed store is where I got two of my girls from. The staff are super nice, and the chickens are well-bred in my opinion. When I went the breeder came to talk to us to help us pick which chickens we wanted. They sell a large variety, and also pigeons and turkeys. They also have chickens that were partially raised by other people, so they're super friendly and good pets
