Time flies, at least that's how I've been feeling lately I don't know where the days are going, she'll be giving you eggs before you know it!

I am in Fremont, so I go to Close feed and supply and have had no problems, ever. Once they were out of organic chick starter...but that hardly counts as a bad experience! Mike's in San Leandro I avoid as he doesn't take care of his birds properly (in my humble opinion) so I don't want to support him. Pullets with most of their feathers missing from being picked at really bothers me.

Yep that's the one.

Such an easy name and when I wanted to say Close I though I was wrong. LOL

Very nice people. They were the only ones who carried the dog food we fed too. Unfortunately I've had to cut costs and don't buy it anymore.

Only think I think I really bought at Mike's was nesting boxes, pigs ears and hooves for the boxes and cages and bedding. Most times I could get the same things cheaper and have fun at the same time at the San Jose fleamarket. BTW did they ever really close it down??? I cried when I heard they were putting condos or something there. Hated when all the farms left Alviso too. Silly Con Valley.

Darling she has great type. She came from a real dark egg too. Also I've found they really get friendly when they start laying

Kewl! She's already a sweetie. I was just joking about her being shy and standoffish. I am really looking forward to her eggs!

DIBS!

I would love to have that little one Cheryl, please PM me with pricing, etc.

Of course I couldn't only take the one, it would be so lonely, so I can take another Wheatie off your hands too.

so sorry I can't part with any of the wheaties I need them all for breeding program. I have the icelandics and in a few more days I'll have splash marans and welsummers, although a lot of them are already spoken for
