Yea I had one from her and she was almost POL and the girls were in the yard and my sister let her min pin out....and guess whose a chicken eater... I was so incredibly mad
I have Silver Laced and Blue Laced Reds. Only one is a mature hen, but I think she's quit laying to molt. One is laying, the biggest egg I get almost every day. And the rest of the herd should start laying any time now. They're breed stock, not hatchery, so it takes longer.
I don't have any problem with their temperaments. The older hen got her tail pulled out, but I added her to the flock as an adult. She gets along fine now, and I'm anxious to see the result of this molt. The younger ones are funny in that they only hang out with the other Wyandottes, and one Wheaten Marans. Might be an age thing.
My bossy ones are all EEs or hatchery Buff Orpingtons.

I just heard from carole and she only has light brahmas now. If you really want me to hatch some dark brahmas I can contact some friends on the brahma thread.
Alright folks we now need to start pooling funds in order to reserve our picnic site.
The total cost is $250 for the rental. Right now we have $0 allocated. I am willing to put $50 towards the site rental, in order to reserve the site though we must put 50% down at the time I send in the rental application. So, that means we still need to raise $75 to reserve the site, then an additional $125 to be fully paid.
I can collect the funds via PayPal, as soon as we have enough I can write a check to the Zoo for the reservation. Please PM me for my PayPal address and how much you are willing to contribute.
