It's a kind of green -- like lettuce or spinach. It's also called "rocket," by some people.
Some people really hate it. I've never had it, personally, but I wouldn't be against trying it.

Yes ma'am! Trying to enjoy every bit of my vacay and remembering it sadly won't last forever. Getting ready to do some Christmas baking today I think....maybe whoppie pies.
