The egg song is not nearly as charming if you have multiple roosters.
I miss my hearing.![]()
I'm glad I only have the one lol
Someday I want more, but that's gonna have to be when we buy a parcel of land.

He's just singing the bass part, give the poor guy slack for sounding like someone's murdering Frogs with a concrete mixer.First time my rooster sang along with the girls, it freaked me out!
This was like the third day with my first flock.
I ran down there thinking they all were being killed,
and there he was up on the roost celebrating LOUDLY with most the girls singing harmonies!!
I love hearing everybody rejoicing. I'm glad I live out in the country where it doesn't bother anybody. Sometimes it just makes me laugh out loud, and then I realize I sound just like the chickens, and I'm singing the egg song right along with 'em!![]()
The first time I heard my rooster singing, I though there was a man outside in my run.
The beginning of my roosters song sounds like a gravely "Hey..scronrk..yeah!"
Who's out there!? Oh, it's the rooster.
Oh, he was a full grown cock with a great Cocko-A-Doo-Doo.give the poor guy slack for sounding like someone's murdering Frogs with a concrete mixer.
Lol! My guy loves joining in too.
