Within the last month ive noticed this hens mouth was crooked. Her top beak is very long and crooked. I thought about cutting it but I`m not sure if cutting it as far back as I need to to make it normal would hurt her at all. Im really not sure what to do. Should i cut it?

Just make sure you don't cut too much. You can trim beaks safely just make sure you pay attention to how much you cut off. I believe you can use flour as blood stop.

That's what I`ve always used. Also for my horses I have something called "wonder dust" which is a charcoal based powder which is an antiseptic and blood clotter.
