Beak Injury

No idear how it happened, but I have suspicion that there is need to cull some cockerel round here.

Poor gal.
Should I snip that?
Glue it?

It's hard to tell what is even wrong from that picture. The small bit I can see that's broke blends in with the color of your hand. So, from what I can see, I'd just clip it. Doesn't look all that severe.

A few more.
I snipped the piece sticking way out, but she's left with a "hang nail" style break that I envision splitting further up beak.
There's no apparent bleeding.

I would use a good emery board and smooth it out. I had a cross beak whose beak I would have to trim once in awhile.
