Beak issue?

25 week old Amerucana hen. She is growing so I'm assuming she's eating and drinking fine? She's in a mixed flock of 19 other hens. Her upper beak seems to be peeling? Please advise

Beak issues in birds can be caused by:

Poor nutrition (vitamin deficiency)
Physical injury
or Disease
