Beak tremors, eyes closed and left side weaken and lay on its side

My chicken was having seizures on 10-11may and was given oxygen for the entire day on 11may. no seizures observed from 12may. however, ive notice that my chickens beak will vibrate fast then he will close his eyes and left side weakens and lay on his side for 30s. afterwards he will jerk awake and stand up by himself. any idea whats going on?

Your chick may need a multivitamin supplement as could be a deficiency. Sounds like it's nervous system isn't working properly.

oh he is on multivit and probiotics. started appearing after the seizure. not sure if this is post seizure or related to the supplements he was given. he just had one of those moments again and clear slimy liquid was seen in the mouth. he was trying to get rid of it

How old is this bird?
Oxygen...did you take it to the vet?

he is 13yo. went to the vet for the oxygen. apparently, lots of fluid came out from the nose and they cleaned it. vet commented that there might be fluid in his lungs due to hand feeding of food (my chicken had stopped eating and drinking so i have to hand feed). he was much better at the end of the day. however, the next day the beak tremors started. could it be due to sour crop? or liver problems? i wrote a lengthy post here on his condition https://www.backyardchickens.com/th...r-impacted-crop-liquid-food-in-lungs.1373139/

He sounds very ill...and old.....I know what I would do. Sorry.

Sorry I had thought your duck was a day or soold. Was thinking wry neck. But if he's 13 it probably old age.
