Beak twisting and unusual eyes

My pullet Chips was a normal chick but as she is growing her beak is twisting and now she is keeping one of her eyes closed or semi-open (the other one is normal). Has anyone had this problem before? Is there anything I can do? She is my favourite little girl.

She's forming a scissor beak.
If it's mild she'll be able to still live a normal life. There's a chance it may get worse and she'll struggle to feed herself.

Can she still eat and drink?
In the video I sent, it says the food and water containers should be deep so the bird can "shovel" it out.

Thanks for the video, it was amazing! She is not that bad, but I thought she is getting worse....

I've wateched all the A Chick Called Albert videos, very interesting, aren't they? Keep an eye on her, make sure she is eating and drinking easily enough. Otherwise she might need some help
