This is Tonka I need help figuring out what he is a mix of, I know his daddy is a Silkie, but I don't know what his mommy is. He is around 12weeks and maybe smaller than Standard cockrels would be at his age, any ideas?

He is mixed with a Mille Fleur D'Uccle

I have a cockerel who is just a bit younger than Tonka who started out with the little white spots on his chest and is now colored almost identical to Tonka. He is Black cochin bantam roo X Mille Fleur D'Uccle Hen!!!

I need to get a picture to you !!!! This is Awesome!!!!!

Do we have a list of possible mothers? What kind of hens did the Silkie rooster have access to? That would narrow the field considerably!

The neck feathers are the same, the colors identical and the pattern starts and stops in the same places. He doesnt have the red/brown on the body yet but everyplace Tonka has it is the places I can see his feathers underneath are coming in brown/red. He is also a real cuddler and has a good voice.

ETA: we are practically related now!!

The Mille Fleur d'Uccle has the columbian gene which is obviouse on this bird, and also the gold color which is also on this bird.
