Bedtimes and Reluctant Chickens

Well you are all AMAZING. Thank you so much for your advice. Feeding them in the coop and using a light has magically got them putting themselves to bed for the first time in the months we’ve had them. Thank you thank you thank you. X

As others have suggested, I locked my 12 in the coop for a week after I moved them from the brooder.

They go in themselves about 15 minutes before sunset.
