Take some kind of anti-inflamatory, like Motrin, Advil, or Aleve. Tylenol will only help with the pain, and it's not very good for that even.

If you or someone you know smokes or chews tobacco, take some of the tobacco, wet it, and apply it to the sting site, affixing it with a band-aid. This will help pull the 'sting' out.

I was stung on the underside of my 2nd toe a month or so ago, and my whole foot was swollen for 4-5 days!! I still have a 'scab' where the actual sting was at.
