This is kind of a PITA to make as the dough is sticky and hard to get patted into the pan.... But well worth it!

2c. fresh broccoli or 10 oz frozen
    1# hamburger
    1 4oz can mushrooms, chopped
    2c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/3c. chopped onion
    2c. Bisquick
    1/2c. cold water
    1/4c. parmesan cheese
1t. salt and a dash of pepper
    1/2c. milk
    4 eggs

Cook broccoli to instructions on package.
Brown ground beef, drain, add mushrooms, 1 1/2 c. cheese and onion. Mix.
Mix bisquick with water and 1/2c. cheese until soft dough forms.
Pat dough in 9x13 pan and 1/2 inch up sides of pan.
    Spread beef mixture over dough.
    Sprinkle with broccoli.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over broccoli.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes, or until knife comes out clean. Cut into serving sized squares and ENJOY!
