Bees!!

what does it mean when your property has bee nest for 2 years that you know of then the next year the nest is died?

Are they honey bees? It could be colony collapse syndrome.

They are bumble bees,
They made their nest in a tree,
now the tree is 3/4s died,
What can I do for the Bees and the tree?

Bees are in trouble, actually. They have been dying off for a couple of years now. There is a lot of research going on into it right now with the nation's food supply at serious risk.
Even Hagaan Daaz is getting worried and donating funding for reserach.

Theories include use of genetically modified plants, use of pesticides, and others. It seems humans are intent on killing ourselves off one way or the other and taking as many other species as possible with us. Sure is hard not to use weed and flea killer in the yard, though!

Sounds just like they relocated. I had a hive that was in a cedar tree for 3 years then the swarmed and moved off. Left me with a dying tree full of honey!

Colony collapse syndrome is a big issue. But unless you see dead bees around I wouldn't worry about it.
