I have a hot dog cutter that makes a tulip shape. Does anyone know how to use it, or where to find instructions?
I also got a really neat egg cutter/slicer today. You place the egg in the base, and then you can either just slide the blades down and slice it, OR you can use a little tool in these grooves so that it cuts the egg into decorative halves.
NP ACK! I have a bunch of the hot dog cutters, and the best results that I have had with them look like the dog chewed them up a bit and spit em out. Let me know your secrets when you perfect it!
The egg cutter sounds like something I could handle though
Isnt that funny about the brown eye dominance thing? I have brown eyes and my hubby has blue. We have one child with blue eyes, one child with green (!?) eyes and only one with brown!

Yeah, I threw her my one recessive blue that I got from my dad, and Alex contributed both of his! My sister's son is equally "Nordic" looking, and BOTH his parents are dark-eyed! In his case, both grandfathers are blue-eyed, so both parents contributed a recessive blue. Isn't genetics fascinating?
Both my sister and I suffered "secondary infertility," so only have one child each. We find it wonderful that they look (and act) like siblings!
I have had these Clickety Click onigiri boxes for some time now, and I have yet to pack onigiri in them. Oh, well!
Oh, and I have somehow wound up with an extra one of these "Minky the Monkey" onigiri boxes, so if anyone wants one, just let me know. Colors are red and green, would be fine for a boy or girl.

My dh will get his bento box tomorrow but until then let me tell you...his lunches will not be as healthy as the pics you all are showing.
They will be hearty meals with snacks on the side. But I love seeing all these pics as it still gives me ideas for his snacks. My sis got her bento box and says she loves it and couldn't believe how much she could fit into it. Thanks to all of you.
