Bento Box Fever!

Here is the bento I made for my hubby the day after he had to fast for a test. Looking forward to a special hot lunch made it easier to fast. The beanieweanies (with octodog) and the bread pudding were in the insulated portion and kept warm.

Flickr has a whole group dedicated to these types of bentos. The cool thing is the notes people add so you can see what the different foods are by hovering your mouse over it.

Facebook has several groups too.
Ichibankan had mansized Bento boxes but with that source gone I'm not sure where to look.

No pictures of one opened but it gives dimensions. I'll open mine up later and take some pictures.
If you go back to the HappyTiffin link they did have some pictures of one opened up I think.

I pack my lunch to take to work every day in a Bento box but I am no where near as creative with my lunch as the pics on here are...

My son's favorite bento book is The Manga Cookbook. Lots of ways to make healthy food look fun. He's pretty finicky but this has lots of ideas.
I have a couple of others as well, but honestly the Manga one is my favorite too!
