Wow, I am so impressed. I have trouble getting still shots! You need to write an article on how to get such great action pics.

i was sitting there with my cam for about 1 hour to get my shots had it focused on him and all. takes patiance, pratice, and the right timing. i love taking pics of anything and everything that i find interresting

AnimalsComeFirst: Those are some amazing pictures you've got with your chickens yawning! How precious! My hat goes off to you, usually by the time I've clicked the camera button, not only has the beak closed but the chicken has also turned away.

Haha, they are pratically always yawning! You probably have a hard time getting pics of yawning chickens because your's are probably always moving around.... mine.... well, they are lazy birds! LOL! They'll sit at my back door and look in at me, sleeping and yawning away!
