Best backyard chicken that are friendly, easy to tame, etc.?

Here are 2 Wyns., they are about 2
1/2 weeks- 3 weeks old.

I hope they are pullets. When I picked them up, they were in pullets section.

Wing sexing can only be done on certain breeds breed for it and at an earlier age. They are two young say for sure but no one is showing any signs of being a cockerel yet. What combs do they have? Their legs are throwing me off since Wyandottes have yellow.

Your new chicks are already friendly...to sit on your hand like that....theyll be good ones for you.
And yes, the others look like all are pullets! Good luck,
Sue

I feel oike I'm seeing ridges on chicks A.... does it have a straight comb? That wouldn't be common for SLW, but I did have 1 GLW with a straight comb and she was a pretty girl.

Your others are pullets.

Agreed about leg color... nice catch!

Red sexlinks are good, easy tamable chickens.

If you want more crazy type, bantam cochins make great pets.
