best bantam rooster for flock

looking for a bantam rooster that wont be mean to the hens?

I suppose it depends on the individual chicken. Some roos love only their hens, some roos are rough with their ladies, and other roos will hop on your lap and beg for massages. I have a Polish and Bantam Brahma. The polish boy is good to his girls, but useless for watch duty, because he can't see anything from under his dread locks. The Brahma is a gentleman with his girls and me. Again, it depends on the personality of the bird!
