Noise isn't really a problem out here. The town is a square mile in size, less than 500 people (I'd say much less, but that's what the sign on the road says). In the middle of nowhere, literally, and pretty much everyone has a noisy animal of some kind. She lives out of town, too, so noise is even less of a problem. Hell, I'm just barely inside town and no one has complained about my turkey that yells a lot. Plus all of my roosters crowing.
At the moment, the only breeds I know are available to us are pekin, rouen, cayuga, khaki, indian runner, blue swedish, buff (?), mallard, and welsh harlequin.
Internet is really being a pain today. Can't even get it to work on my phone. One of the downsides of living in the middle of nowhere.
