That's a pretty cool design....tho pricey for only 2 ports.
Don't understand the higher port tho, would be better to have 4 at the same height and just raise feeder on blocks as they grow.

I do wish it had 4 same size ports as well instead of the 2 bigger and 2 smaller. It also wouldn't work great for someone with more chicks than me. I have 8 and do put extra feed down but that design has very little waste which I love and I will be purchasing the same design to use when they reach the 12 week mark
That design gives me an idea. I recently saw a YouTube video of a guy who made a no spill quail feeder. Picture the above design with a 4” pvc tube in the middle of the feeder. The tube has four half moon shaped notches cut out of the bottom. The feed is poured into the tube and it spills out the notches. The feeder with the holes cut in the side keep the feed contained. Get it? I’ll make one tomorrow and try it out on my chicks and let y’all know how it works.

I made the feeder and it took my chicks about 30 seconds to figure it out. It’s working well but I want to wait before I post my plans to make sure it is working as a “no spill” feeder.
This is what I made for chicks and works very well for me. I used it for quail also and if there is any birds that waste feed it’s quail!! 2” 90* street elbows raised 1/2”-3/4” from the bottom.
