Best Chicken Breed as a Comfort Pet?

One of my brahmas, Rita, would come inside and jump up onto a kitchen chair looking for food on the table. If there was food on the table she would jump onto the table and start eating. My mom wasn’t too pleased. If you make chicken sounds to them they will respond to you. Maybe get a bantam brahma.

Mine just look insulted when I make chicken sounds to them... But respond when I baby-talk them.

Aren’t they flighty?

I’ve heard that they can be flighty, but I don’t think they are as they were bred to be very human friendly.

Totally forgot about the baby talk. They respond to that too.

Also ducks and geese don’t need water to play in( they do just fine without it)

I have a roo named Peep-Peep... But the only way to get his attention is to say "Pep-pep-pep!" In a high voice and fast tone. I blame the fact I used to say that when I gave him treats...
