Need to get rid of your neighbors? No probs. Build coop as close to their bedroom as you legally can, insulate on three sides for the noise , dont insulate the side facing their house. Now buy a Denizli roo or ten. Set up a light that automatically goes on in the coop 3am. Problem solved.

Actually, I have four of these in my brooder right now. My husband says it will probably be the first time in history that a hatch has been all hen. But I don't think so, I think I've got two, maybe three roosters. If that's the case, I'll have some extra to share! It would be a shame to put such musical talent in the stew pot!
