Well I said I wasnt going to get anymore coturnix, since we decided to raise Bobs and are thinking about Chukar and a few pheasants, BUT I found a guy locally that like to hatch but doesn't really like to raise and I got them for about 50 cents a piece, actually I got them for less because I paid 22 bucks and got 55 birds! He is awesome! They are mixed colors, looks like I got a few tuxedos, a few range tibetan, a couple of whites, some goldens and some wilds. They are sooooo cute when they are little! It has been about 9 months or maybe a little longer since I had any baby coturnix and in the mean time I have been hatching out ducks, and even if you don't raise ducks, you know they are HUGE compared to coturnix, I forgot how tiny they were! They are a week old. One is considerably smaller than the rest it is a little golden! SOOO CUTE! YAY! lol. Sorry I know I am being ridiculous. We are raising them to butcher anyway.

Heck...I would hatch coturnix all year long at 50cents a piece. Just bring your own box, and don't be to picky about the colors.
