Best duck breeds for egg production?

1. What duck breeds are best for egg production?
2. What breeds make the coolest eggs?

2. Cayugas (opinion)
Khakis Campbells lay on average 340 eggs per year.
In the spring, the Cayugas eggs are completely black, in the summer dark gray, in the fall gray, and in the winter white.

Best breeds for egg production are Indian Runners and Khaki Campbell’s. And I’m not sure.

Pekins lay over 300 eggs per year.
In the spring, the Cayugas eggs are completely black, in the summer dark gray, in the fall gray, and in the winter white.

Pekins average 200 a year actually. Khaki Campbell’s lay, on average, 340 eggs per year.

Welsh Harlequins and Khaki Campbells are two of the highest producing breeds.

Cayuga ducks lay eggs with a black bloom, and Black Runners lay blue eggs.
