Best Electric Chicken Fence

I have 16 week pullets: 4 Barred Rocks and 2 Easter Eggers. I started letting them out of their 8x12 run 4 days ago and have loved letting them have some freedom. Until today. I left them for a few minutes and they went through the pasture fence (barbed) into the huge pasture behind us. Not so bad unless they decided to come in further down where I hear small dogs barking sometimes. So I spent a rough 30" coaxing them back to the pen. If I run an electric wire low down on the fence, would you expect them to fly over a 4' fence? Not worried about predators as they are inside locked up tight come evening. No access to the other side of my fence to get them.
