Best feed for my ducks?

My ducks are about 10-12 weeks old. These are my first ducks so im new to all of this! I have been feeding them chick starter crumble and decreasing the protein % (as told from a family member) and adding brewers yeast until recently I have no been adding it. I'm curious whats the best inexpensive feed should I be giving them from now on and as adults. Anything I should be adding to the feed? They will not be free rangers.
 
Not saying this is best just saying this is what i do .I start my day old ducklings out with wet turkey starter crumbles and letuce or greens. And chick size pebbles sprinkled over starter and when old enough feed them game bird mix and grocery scraps. In summer leave light on so they have plenty bugs to eat.
 
Also some of mine gets some minnows from pond and i grow barley grass for them in winter. They also like cooked potatoes.. Just about any thing you eat they can eat. A little of
