Best idea I've had

So I ordered 15 chicks from Hoover. All 15 arrived safely though I have lost two, one as a fft and one that passed mysteriously.

Anyways I wanted to do a better boorder than the box I have. Not that there's anything wrong with it. So I came up with the idea of a tent! With this I can sit inside the brooder with them and socialize!! I'm so happy with how this has turned out.

I'm careful of the heat lamp so as to avoid any unnessisary fires but with it hanging at the top I score a temp of 85 in the tent. Everyone seems happy and cozy in there.

That's cool! I know you already said but do watch that heat lamp, would be dangerous if it fell! Maybe look into a mother heatplate or something?
I remember a few years ago I used a playpen to brood my chicks lol

Oh for sure! Its hanging through a hole at the top and I have a fail safe secondary cord attached though as a percaution

So far clean up has been super easy. But then again I haven't had to clean up much
