I'm going to be hatching my own duck eggs soon for my farm and the lake. I'm doing some research on incubators online and i'm just trying to figure out which one would be my best choice. I am looking for one with an auto turner, and it doesn't need to be massive in size, maybe 20 duck eggs maximum. It can be more or less though. Does anyone have some recommendations?

thanks,

I would go with the Brinsea Octagon 20 Either Eco or Advance....

What types of duck eggs are you going to be hatching?

id like to do something with an auto turner. is it included with a hovabator?

You can buy it with or without the turner. Mine has the turner and I wouldnt change that for the world.

You need something that can hold humidity well for any type of waterfowl. I personally love my old Redwood incubator. If you can rig up some sort of system for adding water without opening the lid, the Hovabator might work ok. Misting the eggs with lukewarm water every time you turn helps some people. I've also found that if you lay waterfowl eggs on their side and handturn they do much better too.
