Best knife for gutting

THAT is the best way to do it!

I had to butcher 4 ducks today, and I only had two knives sharpened and at the ready, which was a mistake.

I think it is one knife per duck.

How about using a knife that has replacement blades like this? Then you just swap out the blades as needed.

I don't like the replacement blades since you then you have stuff to throw away.

You just need a bunch of sharp knives, or someone assigned to sharpen knives while other people butcher.
