Where is the best place for a window in a coop? Across from the roosts? Above the meeting boxes? Or does it not matter?

Following. We put ours where the roosts will be, but my chicks aren't in the house yet. I also made sure to leave another wall that we could move the roosts to if needed.

I thought the last time around with chickens I was told not to put the window behind the roost, but I cannot remember why! Hoping someone will answer for us both!!
I suppose if the window is open the draft might not be good for them. In the summer when it's hot a few of my birds will sleep on the roost in front of the window. But the rest of the year they sleep on roosts away from the window. It's good if they can have a choice in where to sleep.
