Best State for ducks???

I have one word if you are considering NC- MOUNTAINS The east is hot and very humid with some breaks by some winds off the oceans. Central area (piedmont) gets very hot and humidity is normally high. The mountains (West) gives some relief from the heat because of the altudude. Clouds tend to dump their moisture on the western slopes (Tenn) and are dried out and cooler on the eastern slopes (NC) (Ducks and geese don't like the climate too hot but they need moisture, heck we have birds that fly North for the Summer!)

Old cities often have the old codes from horse and buggy days. Farm type animals were kept by most. The far suburbs and newer cities tend to have rules against farm animals.

The Pacific Northwest is a great place to live! Temperatures are usually pretty moderate. My ducks Wilma and Wonka love it too.

Choices are hard

So many pros and cons for every state. Too bad Staples "EASY" button doesn't cover major life decisions!

Thanks for all the input - feel free to keep it coming! I have a feeling this is going to be a very long process!
