Best thermometer/hygrometer with probe?

One is slower than the other to read a temperature. One will come up to temp in 15min, the other takes 30-45 min. I adjusted the Hygrometers on one by +.6 and the other by -.6. I’ve trouble shot these every way I know how and I can’t find they are inaccurate to a degree I need to worry about. Having said that, I’m going to do another salt test and test the temps again before I receive my eggs just to be sure.

It's PITA to test temps....humidity is easy and not near as critical anyway.
I bought one of these and never looked back.

Hmmm...doesn't say anything about accuracy tolerance or adjustability/calibration.

That's true, but it read ice bath (crushed ice in water) at 32 degrees Fahrenheit and boil at 212, which are the methods we used to test thermometers in Chemistry class. I could, just for giggles, try again with it set to Celsius to see if it reads at 0 and 100.

That one estimates mine at 211.56, but that wouldn't be a constant (as you'd enter your current barometric pressure). No idea what it was on the day that I did the test...
