Best thermometer/hygrometer with probe?

Which one did you go for in the end? I'm trying to choose one too I'm in Ireland though so my options might be more limited than yours.

I wound up trying the Govee, based off of reviews. I had to calibrate the hygrometer. The temp is usually also about 1 degree off. Sometimes more.

I honestly think I should have gone with around 12 different ones and just used the median temp/humidity from them all.

That’s the exact one I use in my smoker when I’m smoking Boston Butts.

Hmmm...doesn't say anything about accuracy tolerance or adjustability/calibration.

Doesn’t need it. When smoking a Boston Butt just stick the probe in the lower half of the Butt and when the temp hits 205° it’s perfectly done.

Nope not for cooking meat, but incubation is a bit more 'delicate'.

Agreed. But what the heck, I’m going to stick mine in my incubator today and see how it compares with my Govees and other thermometers.
