Best treats for quail?

The farm that I volunteer at had two of what BYC has told me are female japanese coturnix quail dropped off. What treats do they like? Do they like scratch and mealworms for chickens? I always bring treats for the chickens, sheep, and peacocks, and I don't want to leave them out.

Sprouted alfalfa. They love it. Mealworms would go down a treat too. They enjoy millet as well.

Thanks!! Do chickens like sprouted alfalfa too? I could grow some for them and bring some to the quailies in the future.

Mine all get premium scratch and mealworms as daily treats. Ive tried fresh greens and mine aren’t all that enthusiastic about them. Cucumber is supposedly a favorite and used for shipping live quail.

Yes I keep approximately 60 in the aviary year-round
