Is this a Bubble nest? if it is why is he doing it? i dont have a female!

yes that is a bubble nest, its also a sign of they are happy with their tank and water conditions

hay sins we are on this I was wondering how long dose it take for a female betta to reproduce her eggs?

I just noticed lots of bubbles in my betta's tank as well. Covering almost the entire surface. Is that a bubble nest too?
 
What your seeing is a bubble nest. It simply means that he is comfortable where he is and has decided that his tank is officially his "territory". Betta's will make these in even fairly bad conditions so it is not necessarily a sign of happiness and health, though it is a definite sign of being settled in and unstressed
