Better Pic, I'm Pretty sure this is a Pullet

Oh I'm so happy! Now to sell some of my GLW and BR to make room for the 2 BO, and I want to get some Marans (what is the abbreviation for them? and EE as well. Now I may just keep one BO rooster and one BR rooster so I can get a few pure breeds next year.
