Better Way to View New Posts?

Most forums that I go to just list topics containing new posts as opposed to every new post. That would make it a lot easier to keep up to date, especially on a forum as active as this one. Possible?

That is already possible. For the section your trying to see the new posts in just go to the far LEFT.

Click Show New Posts

Click New Posts.

It will show the new posts for the section.

Only want new posts for the threads you've posted in that section?

Click Show New Posts

Click I've Posted

It will show the updates for the threads you've posted in that section

Apparently I am not making myself clear. I'm not talking about any particular section.

I would like to, when selecting "New Posts" just seeing a list of the topics that have new posts in them no matter what section they are in or how many new posts there are..

You might want to reference the Tagging System then. It still has some work to do but it links all the threads that have been tagged with that word. For example the Tag: Eggbound

All threads tagged with that words are linked together in a group for you to view

I guess I'm still not communicating well. What I'm suggesting is that instead of listing every new post we just see a list of topics that have new posts. If it's something I'm already following I subscribe. If I'm looking for information; I use the search function. What I would like to see is an end to the same topic being listed multiple times when I view new posts.
