Just leave it and let the humidity go down. It's too early in the incubation to cause a problem. Open up the vents.
It only has 3 ventilation holes, 1 on the side, & 2 on the bottom. They're always open, no cover.

I hope it's too early for the high humidity to effect the eggs.
 
You can also move the lid off a bit and leave it for 30 minutes to let out more humidity. Momma hens get up of the nest too.

The main concern right now is dropping the temperature in the back, of the incubator. I have it holding a stable 97.0°F, & it's a pain to warm it back up, back there.

I'll just wait, & let it go down by it's self.
