I like both breeds, & wish we had some.

She is thinking I possibly got Mereks from her flock? That's why my Pullets died from her place. I'll get hatching eggs and see what happens. Plus hatch my own first.

We both have closed flocks. All her birds are the same and she only breeds hers. I myself don't buy from anyone but her. We are going to see what happens with me hatching her eggs here for my flock. Or I might just keep to my own ?

Sounds like a good plan. I believe hatching eggs are less likely to carry carry diseases, then the actual birds themselves.

Yes...I'll do eggs or just my own eggs from my own birds. Good thing is her flock basically has all diseases mine have because we both have closed flocks and mine are all from her.
