I am offering one Bielefelder cockerel for sale. He was hatched on 2/21/20. This boy is beautifully colored with a sweet personality. He spends time around me, eats out of my hand, and when he is feeling particularly friendly he lets me pet him. The egg came from Omega Hills Farm and hatched without assistance. Omega Hills Farm's flock has bloodlines from all three of the imports that Greenfire Farms did.

Bielefelders are an excellent dual-purpose breed developed in Germany. Often referred to as "uber chickens", Bielefelders are large, friendly chickens with beautiful coloring. This guy will make a lovely addition as a flock rooster.

I am asking $20 cash and must pick up locally in SW Washington State. First come, first served.

If you are interested or would like more information, start a conversation with me, or text or call 2066seven368zero5.

Consider posting him on your local Craigslist farm and garden section to get your fastest response.

Most folks I come across are wanting the pullets.. and from what I can see he won't actually be (great) breeding stock (for pure breeding Bielefelder anyways) with the grey barring on the chest and that second pic looks like his other wattle might be longer than this side?? .. different sized wattles aside from being aesthetically unpleasing also is an indicator of different size testes, according to my processing (butchering) experience. Please understand that I am a perfectionist in my heart with a passion for breeding high quality chickens, and have been working with Bielefelder for on a short period. I mean NO ugliness by my comments and apologize if my practicing to see things (and sharing) actually bothers you. ;)

He is gorgeous... and I LOVE the Bielefelder over all so far, with TONS of other breed experience for comparison. They're great birds! :love

We eat our extra boys that don't find homes... but best wishes finding your guy a forever home! :fl

No worries EggSighted4Life! Achieving and maintaining a standard is a good goal. I just keep my little flock for fun and eggs. Honestly, I have never even looked at the SOP for Bielefelders. I just loved the color, the egg production, and the personality.
